Mk3 software update

Hi guys.

Yesterday I finally got round to using the update disc I have.

All seemed to go well with the update , but now the screen just comes up with

' please insert key disc or version 17 '

I don't have anything other than the navteq disc which when inserted, doesn't change anything.

Is all still ok with my sat nav unit, and can someone help me find the next step please.

You need the key CD.

Well, North Oxford BMW totally unhelpful this morning. I don't have a BMW, so they won't help.

Anyone know how I can get my hands on this key CD please?
