Deep fried chicken feet, popular in asia, but unpopular for me.

Red Snapper fish is very nice. Not a native to our waters so I guess that makes it rare for us? Again, common in south east Asia. Very tasty.

One I've had but not been mentioned by anyone else is Camel. We tucked into Camel meat on sticks after Camel trekkin to Ayers Rock / Uluru for the sunset...... very lean meat.

Sheep's head, stuffed cods head (nicer than it sounds) and young Gannet (known locally as Guga), all in the Isle of Lewis, Scotland over the years.
