![]() Deep fried chicken feet, popular in asia, but unpopular for me.
Red Snapper fish is very nice. Not a native to our waters so I guess that makes it rare for us? Again, common in south east Asia. Very tasty.

![]() One I've had but not been mentioned by anyone else is Camel. We tucked into Camel meat on sticks after Camel trekkin to Ayers Rock / Uluru for the sunset...... very lean meat.
