Chinese DD Froze twice

Twice today whilst playing MP3's from a CD the SAT Nav screen has frozen on me, no touch screen option to escape, had to turn off the car and back on again to get working... any ideas.

I removed the card from the unit and place it back in again. it was OK after that.
