Default Coolant hoses

Hi All,

Can anybody tell me who supplies a complete set of coolant hoses. I have K series 1.8t rover 75 and all coolant hoses have a film on the outside as though the hoses have gone porious.? And I would like to purchase a set to eliminate a slight coolant loss. Always wet around the t piece . What will the hoses cost roughly.

Thanks in advance

Try Rimmers

But they are not cheap, just had mine replaced and while you're at it get the T-piece replaced with a Gerry-T, well worth it.

The prices for genuine rover hoses is ridiculous, get them if you like but don't be scared of searching alternatives - hoses can be bought on ebay for example or indeed any auto parts dealer for a fraction of the cost. I have replaced 2 hose sections on mine for a 10th of the price. You can get convoluted ones for the elbow sections (just check the max psi and temp tolerances, most fall within limits) - just cut to fit. Your car won't explode just because they are not the Rover ones.

Do agree about the T piece though - order one off Gerry asap.
