Thumbs up MOT Pass

Just passed my MOT yesterday. Third year in a row without any issues, not even the handbrake. Only this time I was given an advisory on the rear brake pads. Just 1.5mm of friction left.

Next thing is to skim the rear discs to give them a second life and get new pads.

well done .i guess it goes to show that if these cars are well looked after
then they will look after you . im sure mine will walk through the mot in june . i have had it up on the lift before and got my guys to check it out
and they agree with me there is no reason why she shouldnt go through the mot as long as i look after her and keep her in the excellent condition she is at the mo.

I tend to do all the maintenance myself. As I will keep the car I'm not to worried about the stamps in the book. Only the things I can't do it will go in for, but that's normally engine out or hydraulic press job, none off which are pending at the moment.
