F/o/s wheel vibration
Rover 75 CDT con se 2000 manual saloon
When the car is pulling on a left hand bend e.g. going up a slip road there is a "Duga duga duga" (The noise we made when pretending to have a machine gun as kids) type vibration coming from the f/o/s wheel. It doesn't happen in a straight line nor when turning right and only when there's weight transference onto it. The CV joint doesn't click and the wheels are all balanced. The garage took the oll bar off and checked all the bushes and said they were fine. Any ideas or do i just wait until something fails? Cheers |

Assuming tracking, balancing and tyre pressure is ok, it might be the drop link on that side. I’m sure someone will be along soon with the answer.

I've booked it in with a local garage. They'll pull and twist and hopefully find it, might be output shaft from diff or inboards cv joint or a bush somewhere.
Hey ho. will update once diagnosed |
