Default How To Move All Your PM Messages?

Firstly this is most probally in the wrong place but I know I can Rely on GG to Move it!

I keep having to delete/clear messages from My PM Box and wondered is there a Quick and easy way to copy them all for keeps on main hard drive?

The PM box is just to small and keeeps filling up @ 90% again already & don' like to delete all.

I know I'm missing something really simple, (My Brain at moment) but can't think/remember how. Sorry.

Select all using tick boxes, then at the bottom use drop down menu "selected messages" to download as.
