This evening, while tucking in to my evening meal (faggots and hash browns as I'm a healthy eating convert) I was reading the local paper. I happened across the regular column written by a chap called Peter Rhodes (who ages ago replaced the now deceased and wonderfully spikey Gerry Anderson) where he repeated a joke sent in to him.

The joke was mildly amusing - but it was the origin of the contributor which caught my eye, for it was apparently sent in by "The Rover 75 Fan Club"

What??????????????????????

All I have to say about this organisation is this:

Splitters!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Normally from the butcher. Proper Black Country faggots, can't beat 'em. I agree that Mr Brains aren't what they used to be - but then again I was dragged up believing the only thing you didn't eat from a pig was the oink!

...and new facilities at Cowley.....
...and they did give us the electronics...
...and they sorted out the KV6.....
