Panel light

Hi oh helpful ones,
Can anyone tell me what the yellow circle with the broken yellow circle light in the upper instrument panel indicates ? I assumed it was brake related but had them all to bits ( front and rear) new rear pads as they were shot, checked wires and plugs but it's still on

Brake pad wear according to the handbook.

Thanks for that Fred, kind of what I was hoping. Shall replace a sensor now to hopefully extinguish the light.
