Steering/suspension problem?
I have been noticing lately that my car is pulling to left much more than usual.
At speeds of above 15mph the pull is fairly obvious and I can feel myself having to hold the steering wheel slightly to the right to prevent veering to the left. Only very occassionally does the car seem to drift slightly to the right. However, at speeds up to 15mph the pull to the left is even worse! It forces the steering wheel to turn from 12oclock to approximately 10oclock! This happens often and I have to keep hold of the wheel to keep in a straight line. Happens on all types of road surface, smooth or bumpy. I have checked tyre pressures, gonna try and get 4 wheel alignment done tomorrow. Any other ideas what could be causing this? Possibly a problem with the nearside brakes? Or suspension problems? Thanks Chris |

Chris
Depends on how worn the tyres re, try swapping the fronts and see if the problem is better or worse. Only if they are non directional tyres though

Hi David,
Tyre wear is pretty much even all round. I will try swapping the front wheels over tomoro before I take it for alignment. Regards Chris |
