![]() I'm not sure about the V8 but with my 2.0 it's far more economic on the motorways. The car is almost 2 tonnes so it's energy wasted in town or lots of bends.
Shame I don't acctually drive too often on motorways.

4.6l engine - i average 21mpg (mixture of lots of country lanes and A roads mainly)
