Every page that you are redirected to are spoof pages which load spyware to your pc. So don't do it anymore if you can avoid it until its fixed. I hope this helps |

Well the Mallware prog from Radi8tor worked!
Although it gave only two options = purchase or exit, when the scan finished it gave the option to "clean" all 8 found files, I clicked on that and bingo it said it had cleared them all and now needed to reboot, I did that, and Google is now working again Interesting that none of my other anti virus progs found anything??? My thanks to all who helped - tried to help.. me solve the problem.. . |

Hi James,
Glad it worked for you, had me worried for a moment, when I first got that prog a while back it was free and cleared anything it found with the option to buy it, which I did, thought they may have made purchase compulsory before it would clean. It's well recommended on a couple of PC forums I frequent.
