Like JohnDotCom says, Synergy 2 is your best bet. Then any combination, or all of the below:

1. Synergy 2
2. Clean EGR (free)
3. Replace EGR with bypass pipe (about £45)
4. Intake mod 2 (free)
5. Clean PCV valve (free)
6. Decat (local garage to do this??? £50-£100 to cut out CAT and re-weld in pipe).
7. K&N filter replacement.
8. Bleed valve to up boost (turbo).
9. Wastegate actuator helper spring (see Rover Ron's site).
10. Remap

I've done 1,2 and 4.

Rover Ron got 170bhp+ and 300lb/ft torque from this engine with a few of the above mods! Pretty impressive from the stock 129bhp (I think his base was the 75 CDT @ 111bhp!)
