Default Brand new VIS motors problem - P1475

Due to an error after Toaf scan (P1475 -Variable Intake Manifold actuator 1 - circuit low voltage)
I decided to install new Vis motors. But I still have the same error even if I reset it.
The plastic intake flaps operate freely, without blockages when moved by hand.

Any recommendation?

Have you changed the balance Vis motor on the side of the manifold and have you removed the balance flap behind it from the manifold and checked it for free movement?

Yes! There is some oil inside the connector, it looks shiny, but the cables look perfect on the outside with no traces of oil, it can be that the problem? Is there a relay that needs to be replaced?

Alexa,
your answer has confused me a little, when you remove the vis motor on the side of the manifold there is a flap behind it that you can pull out. Have you done this?

Have you replaced the whole unit or opened up the vis motor and just replaced the internal motor?

Sorry for not specifying it correctly, I have changed the complete units, same brand (Mann), the flap was removed, cleaned and sanded on the sides so that it turns smoothly without using force.
It's very strange, I was excited for the error to disappear with everything new but it persists after Toaf cleaning.

have you tried to force the operation of the vis motors with Toaf? so you can actually hear them

Right now I just did the test, and they work perfectly, I can hear them working perfectly without getting stuck, but now I have another problem, now the second actuator is giving me the same error in Toaf

Variable Intake Manifold actuator 1 - circuit low voltage
Variable Intake Manifold actuator 2 - circuit low voltage

Is the car haunted or what? hahaha I'm going crazy
