Here is my new bulb holder Simon, as you say, tracks between bulbs 😎

What I meant is when you think of a circuit board you think of something populated with multiple electronics components, all this does is replace a couple of wires.

Thank you both for explaining and very useful photos.

"Looked it again today with a collega at the work p-lot. He found by measuring that the black plug-wire from inside the booth didn`t have earth/ground, so probably broken somewhere on the way out to the plug.

Then he measured with my extra black cable clamped by a screw/earth in the booth, then he got 11+ Volts.

Thimking my extra red wire from booth to lightbulb was broken, cause didn`t get signal/Volts.
So I will try to change that red wire first, to se if my old system works again."

-Update: This didn`t work out. When connects buld, voltage drops to 0-03 Volts and no light in bulbs.
(Bulbs light up when use a separate batteri direcly om my cables.)

Thinking what causes this ? Shows 11 + volts without bulbs, and 0.03Volts with bulbs ?

Solution: Thinking it could be that the red wire with plug that comes into the boot is somewhat damaged on the way out, so doesn`t deliver enough power ???

If you have 11 v on the black wire then it's not making a good connection to the bodywork.

Where are you measuring these voltages Anders?

"Where are you measuring these voltages Anders?"

-I know this is getting confusing since I made my own red and black cables from the bulbs down to inside the booth, instead of using connecting printboard etc.

When measuring on the black and red cables with plugs(to connect printboard) that comes through into the back of the boot, I get no volts. Or maybe 0.01v or something like that.

When measuring only the red plug and a bolt/earth in the booth(instead of black cable with plug) 11+Volts.
Then thinking black cable into the booth is broken, so I just took my own black wire solded to the bulbs and clamped it behind the same bolt I measured from earlier. The same bolt that gave me 11 + volts.
Putting my red cable into red cable with plug should light up bulbs, but do not. And when measuring on red cable/plug and bolt, dropped to just 0.03Volt. Same measuring places that gave 11+volts before bulbs were connected.

That is why I am thinking red cable into the booth could be damaged as well ?

No LED, just regular 5W halogen, same as before.

Tested my soldering with a batteri directly on my black and red cable from bulbs, lights up. I also put isolation tape around bulb-ends before clamping into the lamps.

Pulled out some interior in the booth on right side, found earth/ground bolt with many wires fastened to.

Took a cable from this ground to my black cable with bulbs connected, and put my red cable into the red plug-cable = lights on/worked :-)
Solution needed better ground/earth.

BUT warning-light / broken bulb still shows on dashboard ?

Double-checked all lights again around the car, and everyone works. :-(
Headlights
1000m lights
Foglights back an front
Drivinglights back
Breaklights, also in rear window
Reverslights
Blinkers

11v is a low reading which might be affecting the bulb warning system. What does your meter read when placed across the battery terminals?
