Can I just say a few words of thanks to Arctic for the parts he sent me and his patience when I got back to him as I couldn’t track them on the Parcel Force website.

With my wife fairly immobile after having just had a hip replacement and a daughter who has also been ill I have to plan for various tasks during the day (including the dreaded school run).

So knowing roughly when the packet was due was important. The good news is, the package was delivered this morning.

Arctic has always been free with his advice and helped me with various bits and pieces in the past.

I consider him to be one of life’s gentlemen.

Great having Arctic to consult when problems arise, always really helpful and knowledgeable. Phoned him last Friday from my local garage as the new mechanic was struggling, he advised how to do the job.
