![]() Hi Everyone
Just had a good look at my 'new' car a Tover 75 diesel, I noticed the the fuel hoses to the under bonnet filter looks wet! Does anyone have any advice as to what to do. Looked on Rimmer Brothers and cannot find the hoses and clips. Very best wishes Bob |

Sorry I realise you said filter, not pump, but I imagine the same applies.

![]() Hi White gold. Thank you for the advice, I think the hose has an 8mm internal diameter.
I found this new part and was wondering if this was it PCH118121 |

If it was me I'd consider messaging all the sellers with 75/ZT diesels breaking on ebay and ask for all the diesel pipes as a job lot. Then you have what you need for now and a few spare bits for later. Ask in the wanted section here, too. The first option of new hose from a car parts shop would be cheaper and quicker though. New clamps too. I did notice when I was doing a job on mine that at least one or two hoses from pump to filter were chaffing on other components, it's quite common I think, the vibrations don't help of course!

Remove the fuel filter and check the hose under it, one rubs on the hot water pipe metal and can burn through. others may perish on the ends and flare out cut back a little to good hose. https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/for...d.php?t=104654

![]() I bought a couple of BMW return hoses. Lots of bends in them so you can cut out a section that closely matches what you are replacing. Search eBay for 7800667 and 7800669.

![]() I had this a couple of weeks ago. Bought some fuel hose from a local motorbike shop a bit longer than original hoses so it doesn't matter about preformed bends. I put new clamps on as well. I think I posted it on here and I also let DMGRS know as they said the hoses are no longer made.
