Well, that is the question. You could check by phoning Lindsay at MGR C&C Services Ltd. Her company is authorised to provide Certificates of Conformity and she'll check her database so that you don't waste your money if the figure is the same.
Dougie, what is the NOx value on your V5? It would be interesting to compare it with Steve's. Simon

I've been downloading & examining the VCA spreadsheets referred to in the 2022 KV6 thread which I became aware of today. I'm still unclear why there are only a handful of Rover 75 entries each year they were issued though. Are the emissions data a part of the info chain which other agencies draw from (e.g. TFL/Scotland), do you know? Dougie. Last edited by goltho; 23rd May 2024 at 14:54.. |

It's from my correspondence with TfL last year. I had no emissions figures on my V5C and TfL considered my car liable for the ULEZ charge. I was invited to submit a Certificate of Conformity proving otherwise and this is what I did.
My V5C still has no emissions data. DVLA refused to add it, based upon my car being taxed upon engine capacity rather than CO2 emissions! Obstinate bureaucracy I call it. I've just seen your edit. Please see post no. 11. But it's odd that your car is exempt from ULEZ when there's no published NOx figure. Simon

For obvious reasons, I won't be contacting TFL but I am curious to find my car's NOx figure recorded on the C of C. Presumably DVLA take it as <80mg/km and if I can ascertain that as fact, I'll make a correction request to Low Emissions Zones Scotland. Dougie. |

Hi Dougie,
Just to clarify, DVLA doesn't appear to be involved operationally at all in this. I get the impression that it supplies its database to TfL which then makes its own decisions. Quote:

Correction: Due to misreading my own notes Dougie is correct. For diesels Euro 6 is also 0.08 g/km of NOx. Good luck with your mission. MGR C&C Services Ltd. website is here. Simon
