Default Let's Play a Game - What's This Part??

Hi All, been a while.

Can anyone identify what this part is please? This is in the fuel line of a 2004 CDTi - I suspect it is some sort of anti-return valve to keep fuel from draining back into the tank. It is located on the drivers side (UK) in front of the rear wheel.

Can anyone shed any light on the correct name, or even better, a part number for it please? Been looking at the various Rimmers parts diagrams but can't find it....

PS - Yes, I know it is rusty under there.... don't look at the brake line at the bottom left........... I said don't!

Thanks, yes - it does have a FBH - which I have no idea if it works. Looking at the state of that I would doubt that the pump works. Off I go to find a replacement. Thanks all.

Hang on before you buy a new pump. Those pumps are quite thick. Block or clamp the pipes, remove pump, de-rust, use a rust inhibitor then paint.
To test if it works flash on and off, 12v on the terminals, you will hear if it works. It does not whirr, just clicks once with each application of 12v. May also click when 12v removed I cant remember
The bracket is likely to fail which is common.
