Hi Arctic,
Many thanks for this - I'll get the intercooler hose as you suggest. I didn't set up the temperature monitor that you and Rob showed me when I was on my journey home but will do so in the next few weeks and PM you with the results. However after 10 miles of mixed driving conditions on a relatively warm day the temperature gauge almost got to normal - perhaps the car enjoyed the meet too.... Nice to meet you all on Saturday. Hi Steve. Thanks for remembering the oil filter rubber ring on the stem. I had completely forgotten it because I had managed to get some filters from the rover dealer from Newton Abbot, and they were selling them with all the rings to go with them. My filter stem seals have never been changed, but will be next oil change. By the way, it is the only time I have seen them included in filter sales. Good turnout Saturday also as you said, especially as it was Easter.
