I will only send out a parcel with Royal mail, or parcel force even then sometime you worry a little, and i will only send the parcel signed for, yes it's a bit more expensive, but at least you have a good chance.
My wife sent back two phones recently using Hermes now Evri, both went walkies, she complained to Amazon whom refunded the money right away and chased the couriers driver.

Yes royal mail has its faults , but i found them the best. I have used DPD and found them pretty decent , but expensive for their top deliveries. Royal mail do have a good complaints portal which is very good and does put you first , as a customer. Royal mail every time for me , EVRI and YODEL may be a lot cheaper but their delivery employees are not , on the whole .. professional. At the end of the day . you get what you pay for .. usually , but all are fallible and there will always be a certain amount of risk involved whoever you use .

Evri.
I had the same problem with Evri not to long ago. Instrument cluster unit, did not arrive to the destination. I had to fork out for a new unit. It was a great thanks for rick-sta and hogweed that my trouble were resolved. In future Ill stay with Parcel Force or the Post Office. Couriers are nothing but HIGHWAY MEN.
