I will only send out a parcel with Royal mail, or parcel force even then sometime you worry a little, and i will only send the parcel signed for, yes it's a bit more expensive, but at least you have a good chance.

My wife sent back two phones recently using Hermes now Evri, both went walkies, she complained to Amazon whom refunded the money right away and chased the couriers driver.

Yes royal mail has its faults , but i found them the best. I have used DPD and found them pretty decent , but expensive for their top deliveries. Royal mail do have a good complaints portal which is very good and does put you first , as a customer. Royal mail every time for me , EVRI and YODEL may be a lot cheaper but their delivery employees are not , on the whole .. professional. At the end of the day . you get what you pay for .. usually , but all are fallible and there will always be a certain amount of risk involved whoever you use .

Well, DPD, managed to deliver a tyre i had ordered online to completely the wrong address wrong post code, i only found it because i was walking past this address where they left it, by the kerb, i thought, that's strange, so i looked at the label, and it was my tire the address label clearly stating my address, luckily i knew someone who lived across the road, and we took it, put it safe,

Did you take a photo and send it to DPD? All these cowboys, DPD, Hermes, Yodel, Evri et al always state you were never home, left in a safe place that you designated (did I). Always have a bad experience with them. Best I've found is UPS and FedeX. I always use Royal Mail/Parcel Force but the Parcel Force office in Hatfield is only open on average for 2 1/2 hours per day. No wonder foreign companies and start-up's chance their arm. At least we know where all the dingy people go ;-)

Default Evri.

I had the same problem with Evri not to long ago. Instrument cluster unit, did not arrive to the destination. I had to fork out for a new unit. It was a great thanks for rick-sta and hogweed that my trouble were resolved. In future Ill stay with Parcel Force or the Post Office. Couriers are nothing but HIGHWAY MEN.
