Diesel engine coolant drain plug

Where is the engine coolant drain plug on a Diesel? Apparently it is at the front of the engine but I do not know where?

It's at the back of the block

So much for the Haynes manual, section 1B.16 says it is at the front. No wonder I cant find the damn thing, thanks patrolman pete.

Yes. It had me fooled for a bit when I wanted to find it. But knowing good old Haynes, I looked round the back. Bingo!
