Watching this, as I recently fitted a Rimmer's upper arm. Car seems to be behaving.

I'd quite like to see a pic or two if you can take them - just to see how bad it is.

What will become of all those Indian arms that are out there, they must be in the thousands?
I have asked a few seller on the bay if they know the origin of the product & I was surprised to find a few said they did not know? how can they purchase a product and not know it's place of manufacture. I have also had replies saying it's the China ones that are suspect not the Indian ones. Then you get the sellers whom just do not reply ? maybe that they know that the stock they have will not sell?

Check your rear arms
Well it's been 2.5 years since this thread, and Indian arms are still doing the rounds so beware, as we now know DMGRS have there own arms now, the best on the market as far as i know.
https://www.dmgrs.co.uk/collections/...37476407836835 With the statement above it would always be wise to contact DMGRS because they too had a bad batch of arms, therefore careful consultation with them would be the best way forward. I recently found that both my upper arms were showing signs of pin holes in the cup i found this out due to a spring snapping. Look what you really find when you prod those pins holes hard enough. 1 As the subframe was also scabby i purchased a subframe with upper and lower arms, including original drop links. 2 New subframe treated and painted. 3 4 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/125375949168

As Arctic does, any part I fit, new or old, especially those that are out of the way and difficult to check for corrosion, gets the same treatment before I fit it.
Rust treatment if required, then a coat of epoxy primer, then any 2K black I have to hand, then, depending on the item, location etc, a coat of good quality under-body sealant, and, or a coat of Waxoil. I know that it can sometimes prolong the repair time, but, if done correctly,it certainly keeps tin worm at bay for years.
