Apple's Jobs goes on sick Leave

Apple Chief Executive Steve Jobs is to take medical leave until the end of June, saying his health issues are more complex and serious than first thought.

Mr Jobs revealed last week he was being treated for a "hormone imbalance" but was staying on as the Firms head.

Chief Operating Officer Tim Cook will now stand in for Mr Jobs while he is away.

There have been various rumours of Mr Jobs state of health since being diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in 2004.
He has appeared increasingly gaunt at his recent Public appearances,
sparking further rumours of his health.
