Seems the only thing would be to take it to a reputable specialist for a second opinion and compare and discuss the new printout with the previous one.If new test contradicts the first one go back to previous tester with this evidence and claim a refund.I assume you have given the original tester the opportunity to address your concerns?
Good Luck

Hi Matt,

It's interesting that no units are given for the toe values.

Try this website. It will give you businesses equipped with Hunter four wheel alignment equipment.

Can't say that I'm an expert in these matters but when I had a 4 wheel alignment done back in Novemberish I had 14 different values of which one showed in red figures and the other 13 in whatever colour indicated that they were within the recommended parameters.

After a discussion on here which is in a thread somewhere I popped back down to the well established tyre place that has a decent reputation locally and seem pretty genuine to me.

And the chap there explained tha because of the set up with the adjustment bolts at the back that affect the front also when adjusted that it was the closest that the one highlighted reading could be got to.

He also offered the opinion that the difference between the advised setting and the red highlighted figure was extremely minimal anyway.

Don't know if that relates to your situation.

Here are the MGR Specs (final edition)

The printout they supplied can't be 'translated' into anything meaningful as I see it. I suppose the unit of measure for toe might be millimeters, but nobody uses that system these days. If they are in degrees, they're not what MGR ever specified. Also note that nothing other than the front and rear wheel toes are adjustable. All other parameters are set by the suspension configuration. Some of these may change coincidentally as a consequence of adjusting a toe angle. Ideally, individual wheel toe angles are half the total values per axle.
