Default Interior door handle trims

Is it possible to get hold of the oval chrome trims for the interior door handles without having to buy the whole interior door handle? I am looking for two if so, for front driver and passenger sides. Afraid a couple of the the lugs got broken off mine and now the trims will not secure properly

Only if you get lucky on ebay or with another member on here.

They come with the handle itself and don't seem to be available as a separate item. Even the scrappers I spoke to didn't want to sell them separately. I ended up gluing my old ones back in position in the end. Can't remember what I used now but I remember superglue didn't work that well. It needs a a nice gummy glue that dries a bit softer than superglue. Think it was some sort of 2 part resin type stuff from Halfords that worked ok in the end.

Hi there.

As efreeti says you need to get lucky on ebay if you want to save some money, or go the ultra cheap route and glue them back on.

I was lucky when I bought my car I was able to pick one up on ebay for about £3 (turned out it was a member on here!).

Les at SMC has some at the moment but they are £19.95 plus P & P.

Araldite the chrome ring on, even if you get another one, there's a good chance at least 1 lug will be broken.........and you'll still need a blob of glue.
