Default Trying to locate an 18mm strut socket

Trying to locate a cheap 18mm strut socket, not having any luck.
Tried all the normal sites.

Anyone been able to buy just a single 18mm strut socket, if so from where?

various names, could be called a cutaway socket, injector socket.
its a socket with a slot up the side so you can use and allan key in the bolt and socket on the nut at the same time. Ball joints are a place where they can be used

You don't need one mate, I use an 18mm ring spanner with the Allen key through the ring, works every time.

i can honestly say i've never come across such an item. intrigued i did a google search and see these images:

I guess bragging rights if you have a set of them in your toolbox. I wonder how many garages have them ( and torque the strut nut to the correct setting ).

what about torqueing it up? If I'm not going to torque then the socket is as you say not required
