Default Easiest way to get the chrome bumper trim/rear bumper off?

Going to try and replace the chrome trim today. Do I need to take the whole bumper off (rear) or can I just prize the trim off?

Thanks folks

Incidentally, my 'bonnet open' is still flashing. Someone recommended lowering the bonnet screws or something, where are they?

Bonnet stops are on the front corners of the front panel, the two black rubber stops. screw them in a quater turn each.

Chrome trim can be removed without bumper off but you may damage bumper and certainly distort and damage trim. it is a push / pull fix /remove. Best take it off
