From what you say, it sounds like a year 200 car and not 2003.

I hate to say this, but you best option is to sell the new cooling fan and serpents on their own. Then the car with the old fan and wheels as a spares & repair.

Following that, have the satisfaction of knowing that you contributed towards a) keeping other cars going and b) reducing the number of these cars on the road by one thus making the ones in really desirable condition that much more desirable in the long term as a result of the reducing numbers.

I’m the first one to defend the value of our cars but with no MOT, needling new tyres and a dented rear door it’s worth scrap value

just bought a ztt 2003 diesel had a gearbox fault payed £150 for the car ,sorted the gear box fault for £50 the car came to me with a full tank of diesel so take off £70 car stands me at £130 and runs and drives well , had russ in and had a remap for his usual trade price so car is costing me around the £200 mark . if i was you spend the £200 on the car and sell it for what it is worth .


one of my customers turned up in the same ztt a week ago identical car to mine and had just payed £2000 for the car and he was happy, .


do the work and sell it on
