Fitting tubes to tubeless tyres will result in a flat tyre the first nail that goes in the tyre though, not to mention the insurance implications

Why not have the tyres taken off the wheels, then clean the beads up on the wheels with a wire cup brush in the angle grinder, then give them a lick of paint on the inside.

This is all that is needed to sort out those slow puncture woes

Oh, and your speed rating needs to be at least V too

Thanks for the advice Brian.
But I think I'll have a flat tyre regardless of tube or not, if a nail goes in. Runflats are very expensive
EDIT - missed this first time - what insurance implications!?

A nail in a tubeless tyre won't necessarily make it deflate, but in a tubed tyre it will definitely deflate.

Here you go, just over £50 a corner
