Hi Matthew. Sorry to say there is no link to the ultimate fixings, as they are put together by my self from differing products.

Dunno why I didn't spot this thread earlier - I was on the general forum for over an hour last night. Also, I never saw all the follow up comments on my original thread. I am really sorry that you guys have had such a bad experience, but I genuinely didn't have much trouble fitting my Polish undertray, once I had worked out which way up it went, and despite using the low ramps I use for my 4x4. The hardest part was getting the rusty old fittings off the subframe, and fitting the new ones to exactly align with the holes in the undertray, as they were proper nuts and bolts, which wouldn't "pick up" on the skew, like the original quick thread items. Like many on here, I wasn't fussed about originality, just protecting the engine bay and improving the aerodynamics. I didn't even have a knackered original to compare notes, but looking at the pics on this thread of a fitted original one, the stiffening ribs look similar to the advertised London one - I don't remember that much detail on mine. I'll take some pics of it this weekend, but over 2months later, and scraping on a fair amount of icy snow, its still there, and not hanging off like I see on so many cars.

PS the fittings I used that came with my Audi undertray look like the ones Brian has linked to - bar the tap washers - presumably they are to stop the steel washers cutting through the tray or allowing the bolts to work loose.

I think my latest 75 had a Polish undertray - while the holes didn't line up exactly, it wasn't too bad and did the job.
For me it's about protecting from stones, road salt etc - which even a bare plastic tray will do. The ZT-T is getting a very early, sound-deadened tray - but only because I got it cheap. For anyone wanting our ultimate fixing kit - they're here: https://www.dmgrs.co.uk/collections/...0050-kzm000050 Verified by many members that you could swing off the tray, and it'd stay put. I might actually do this if I remember when the ZT-T is next on the ramps...
