Thanks for the replies. Had a reply back from the company I purchased the hoses off:



"These hoses as standard are not suitable for OAT Coolant, They could be lined but that would be at extra cost. Some people have used our standard hoses before with OAT Coolant and have had no issues. However, the theory is that that OAT Breaks down the Polyester Reinforcement which line our hoses. So they technically should be Lined with a Fluoroliner."


I've also been looking at the waterless coolant, a little pricey but could be tempting.

Just use blue antifreeze, it's kinder all round to the K series

Same as Brian. Just use blue after a good flush out..
it don't bother me having to change it more often.
