Talking of 75 Coupe's... According to inside infomation from Longbridge the one remaining official coupe body shell has been crushed.
And the built MG/Rover coupe almost went the same way but was saved at the last minute..
Cheers Ian

Well it’s almost identical to the first generation Audi A6, cmon guys it needs just a little more than new technology

So, still bored today, so thought I'd try my hand at a Rover version.

An old photo of my Baby at Walton Bridge was the starting point. I've lowered the suspension, lowered the roof line a little, stretched the front door and lost the rear door, then given the back window and rear wing a bit more "rake" (could probably do with a bit more to be honest).

The weather was also given a tweak or two .

I should add, the "artifacts" in the picture at the rear of the Rover aren't present in my original pic, but appear as soon as it's uploaded to Flickr. Grrr

There is a 32 valve SV lump under the bonnet, 20 inch Jaguar wheels. The interior, when finished, will be in cream and grey leather. Body colour is Blue Grape. In the workshop it's Blue but out in the sun it turns Purple.

Car will be at POL under it's own power.

slightly off topic.. But do jag wheels fit the ZT?

Also.. Is there a version of the pic of the first car without the filters?

Found this photoshopped Austin 1800 Coupe on Farcebook......I think it looks great, another for 'confronted' to build?

No idea about the Jag wheels, but there's always this (genuine, not photoshopped):
