Tahiti - such a rare colour, sworks...But, very nice it is.

It’s at a friends of mine near Oxford who is sorting out a few issues on it for me. I hope to have it back in the summer. I’ve not driven her for 6 years... This year is the year, though. As much as i love the 75s, nothing comes close to my coupe. She is my No.1.

I test drove one a few years ago - it was resprayed custom purple/shot with dark blue, lowered suspension and low profiles, with K&N filter, big bore exhaust, recaros, and a tiny steering wheel. The owner directed me over a motorway service bridge, - really rough. Fast and furious! But not my cup of tea. A couple of years later I went to see a lovely, original BRG one at a 2nd
hand dealer's near Preston. It was a frosty evening, so they started it to warm it up for when I got there. It was lovely, apart from the horizontal crack across the bottom of the windscreen where the demister heat had hit the sub-zero glass! I drove home, disappointed, in my Renault 19 16v cabrio. Now that IS a car I regret selling! |

Didn't they offer to replace the screen for you?Surely they would need to do that to move it on.Shame to have missed out on an otherwise nice car.

Yeah, it’s mostoy electrical. Car cuts out randomly and when in reverse. My springs are broken, too. Also, has a massive battery drain and I don’t have sills left...
Also, needs a new loom. Jimm is doing some good work on it.
