I was offered and took a deal for 18 Steering wheels that have some rust on the Hub . Other than that they are new. The factory says that's it ! No more after this. I was thinking and while its not possible for me to inspect each one , if there are any major flaws after we get them, we will adjust the price . I am assured that rust on the hub which is hidden is the only major flaw, there MAY be some other minor flaws I am not aware of but all in all they are new . Wrapped and unused !
