Help Please

Good evening all,

I have a problem with my Navall Star, hoping someone can help.

The unit will be working fine one day, next day when I try to switch it on none of the front panel switches work so cannot switch it on.

If I select reverse the camera will work, if I insert a cd the unit will switch on and can be controlled by the touch screen only.

Disconnect the battery for 30 minutes then reconnect and everything is okay until the next time I try to switch on, which may only be 30 minutes later.

Any suggestions please?

Sean and I have spoken about your problem and he has asked that you send him an email so he can ask further questions to hopefully solve the issue.

Hi Jeff

Thought I had better go to the car and make sure I have all the necessary information to pass on to Sean before contacting him, and surprise, surprise the unit is working fine at present with the exception that it will not eject a cd.

Will not bother Sean unless it starts to play up again.
