The 27 piece socket set is also available on Halfords ebay HERE... + £2.99 P&P or FREE on a £30 spend.

You can also click & collect via ebay.

Nice find Wes, thank you for the heads up
Just ordered two sets, one for me, one for father in law.

Wanted the spanners as well but they'll not deliver those and I'm 70 miles from the nearest Halfords

Just picked them up, they're good quality and have a good weight too.

Nice one Wes.

I've replaced my 1/4" / 3/8" / and 1/2" drive socket sets now plus my open end / ring spanners, I've put all my old ones in an old toolbox (replaced that as well) and I'm going to give them to my younger brother who always claims he has no tools for doing work on his van.

Just ordered a set of combination spanners - stupid not to at under a fiver - I can then put a set into a portable toolbox and have a set on the workbench . Not available at my local Halfords in Harrogate - so collecting from store in Mansfield - as I pass through there tomorrow anyway.

many thanks, managed to get a socket set from Walsall picking up later, no spanners left locally though, I already have the socket set but have lost a couple of items from it and its cheaper to buy a complete new set than replace the lost ones !

I'm another that doesn't really need them and just as well as they're out of stock locally.

Never mind, must be quicker off the mark next time.
