Missing emails
Just found out that I didn't receive an email from 1 of customers (was sent back in Oct) with the result that we didn't carry out their instructions
Why does this happen? Where do they go? Can anything be done? |

Check the Spam filtering at Server.
Often with BT Internet you find when you go to the Mail Website rather than using just Outlook several Messages are in Spam/Trash box when you should have had them. Do a regular check is only advice I can give. Even in Outlook make sure it hasn't gone straight into Junk E-Mail. |
