Default Outside temp sensor

My V6 shows -30 all the time as the sensor is missing. Just got one from a scrapyard but it was raining hard so I just cut the wire for speed. How does the sensor unclip from the plug? I can get it off for the life of me! Its the one that sits behind the bumper.

Cheers

It's just a push-on fit as far as I can recall. Check the existing free connector, which may give you a clue. There may be a latch of some sort.

I walked away for a couple of hours after pushing, pulling, prodding, had another go, and it just slid off. I was trying too hard the first time!
