The part from eBay arrived today and tbh it looks in quite good condition.
I am planning to get it measured up etc and get a few local ss manufactures to quote on replicating it. Would anyone be interested in a group buy? Obviously dependent on price and availability. Just trying to gauge interest, before I approach any potential supplier.

The eBay part arrived the other day. Looks fairly simple for someone to replicate in stainless.
Once I get time to measure it and get a cad drawing together, I will approach a few companies and post back my results.

Well after a few weeks have passed, I visited the local ss manufacturer today to pick up the original coolant rail.
Good and bad news...... They are happy to replicate the coolant rail in stainless. However, due to the nature of the bends, they can only replicate it in 1" tubing. They could do the design size, but this would incur much more cost, as they would need to make a mandrel to form the bends. For a one off, the complete cost comes in at £160. This is primarily due to the time involved in making a custom "Jig" for manufacturing. Based on a 20 piece production run, the costs are reduced to £80 per unit. I am happy, if there is enough interest to arrange a production run of 20 pcs. But please bear in mind the change in mating diameter to the existing rubber/silicon hoses, but should still stretch to mate ok. If you are seriously interested, drop me a message and we can see if this is a go or not.
