Terraclean what are latest reports

Hi Guys.
The last reports i can find about Terraclean are from 2014. are there any later reports about it, if its any good or just a placebo, I have a 2.0l Diesel Tourer and shes running good, but the guy in the garage has just started doing Terraclean £80. he said it will make her run more responsive.. I dont want to waste money needlessly so will wait for your replies.
