A shocking story Jeff and upsetting that 2 men derived pleasure in hurting those harmless and beautiful cats. I hope the scum bags are caught, named and shamed, lose their jobs and ruined for life. Sadistic psychopaths. Who knows what else they are into, such as torturing others. It is imperative they are caught and punished, locked up.

Cats today……( ), tomorrow?
I too will not open the link. The real issue is, should Essex police prioritise/find the time to catch the depraved bar stewards, what will our courts, under present Laws, do to them?
I can be pretty sure it will not be a significant deterrent or even something custodial (which is likely to be a cushy number for these types anyway) and there is a very high probability for them to re-offend. What sort of society puts up with this behaviour (and worse) - a failing one!
Sad to say too many unworldly PC softies and do gooders about, but it's them who are first to scream foul when they are on the receiving end.
Step off soapbox, end of….!!!

Same goes for me, I read the article, but didn't watch the footage,I'm more of a dog person myself, but still like cats, and like all the other posters, deplore cruelty to any animal.

Ray(Groundhog), Posh Scum!! I like that.

Not from me, I posted it for two reasons!

One it's a local story to me and two as your well aware, both Ros and I do voluntary work at Crescent Cat Rescue so get to see some of the cruelty and neglect at first hand that sub human excrement dish out to defenceless animals.

These sort of vile humans are all the more likely to not give a second thought to doing the same to children, elderly or anyone else that doesn't deserve it.

They obviously have no moral standards and aren't fit to walk amongst us!

Well said Jeff, like parasites that need stepping on. Would be nice to think some cat lovers find out who they are and stamp on THEM.
