You're a bit like me then Mike, I can eat chocolate, cream cakes, bacon sarnies etc, and burn it off more or less straight away, being on my feet all day, it never seems to affect me. I guess I'm not doing myself any favours though,having said that, I don't eat bacon sarnie and cream cakes every day, but I do eat chocolate biccies every day. Don't drink alcohol every day either.Last time I weighed myself, a couple of weeks back, 13 stone.

That was my first meal all day Mike, but I honestly don't feel guilty if I have a good fry up like that. Even though nothing was fried Eggs were poached and everything else was done in a halogen oven, except the beans obviously If I could lose half a stone in a day I'd be made up, I'm tipping the scales at 19st now but I carry it well except for a bit of gut

I guess that's because you're stuck in a van all day and not excreting a great deal then Tony?

I cover between 6-8 miles walking everyday Rich, I have a pedometer that we have to wear and we are supposed to cover 10,000 steps everyday in work. My average is about 13,000 because i have a lot of houses that are set back in big gardens
