Source for rubber boot seal
We've all had the dreaded swimming pool in the boot - anyone got a good source for effective boot rubber seal ?

Sorry to ask, as I'm sure you have already done so , but assuming you've checked light seals, waistline finishers, and screen.

I think they are hard to come by. A scrap yard is worth a try.
I spent ages sealing the rear window, waist line chrome strips and light gaskets only to find I hadn't completely stopped water coming in. Eventually I discovered there was water getting passed the rear boot seal in the region where it curves to go around the tail light unit drivers side. I eased the seal off and siliconed the metal lip and pressed the seal back. Then I ran Captain Tolley's Creeping crack cure all around the seal (where the water naturally runs) . It worked a treat. I wonder if you could try superglue on the cracks or even some heavy duty tape cut neatly and applied to form a seal?
