Default Electric seat problem

Please can anyone help me with some advice on how to tackle a problem with passenger side electric seat. Back rest moves up and down o.k. but seat won't move backwards or forwards. Can't even get seat out as I can't move it backwards to get at the front torex bolts.

Default Fixed - I hope

Haven't had any tips yet, but in case it helps anyone else I took a 'management decision' and hit the motor, sensitively of course, with a hammer and lo and behold all seems well. Not very scientific but worth a try before taking seat out.

If you unbolt the runner that the motor sits on then you can remove the drive cables that just push into each worm drive and wind them back with a battery drill...

Thanks for that - if it packs in again that tip will help me get the seat out. In the meantime after clonking it all is working well so I will leave well alone for as long as I can.
