![]() I am trying to understand which are the correct front springs for my 2005 build Rover 75 CDTi, on standard suspension according to the label under the back seat. The codes for the front dampers are PK and JK, which according to Rimmers website are green/white - I assume this means that green/white front springs are needed. However, Rimmers website shows green/white springs as being for the 1.8, not the 2.0L diesel 75. I cannot see any colour code on my current springs, but they might be buried under the road grime.
Any clarification anyone can offer will be much appreciated. Cheers Pete |

![]() Thanks Simon
I actually phoned Rimmers, and have ordered the correct green/white springs to match the damper codes that I have (PK/JK) - 44 pounds each, so similar prices to Sachs/ECP. Rimmers confirmed these are correct for the 75 CDTi saloon. Are the Sachs/ECP springs a 'one size fits all', or do they give you colour-coded springs matched to the dampers ?? Pete |
