Default coolent leak

getting a very small leak on the joints where the bleed nipple pipe connects to the plastic joinner where the fuel burner would sit, tried new jubelie clips, also cut back the rubber pipe 20mm both sides of the plastic joiner, ive done this on both the joints in this area and they still look damp and signs of coolent still comming out
any ideas how to stop this the joiners look ok with no cracks, new coolent hoses perhaps, the ones on there look a bit worn and flimsy too touch

Usually new hoses is the fix of choice, however you could try a DIY method such as self-amalgamating tape, or sealant of some kind.
