Default Replacing the front grill

I am looking to replace the front grill on my 2000 Connoisseur, a couple of fins are missing.

I have found another one for sale that looks exactly the same but in excellent condition. from a 2003 car..

Is it easy to swap the grills over? Just a case of removing the two screws on top? Is there anything else to do / watch for? i.e. the bonnet release.

Thanks.

Very simple, just remove the two screws & then gently ease out the grommets which held the screws, then you can lift off the grill. How about removing the rest of the broken fins & fit mesh
