Some one earlier was talking about their undertray vibrating due to missing fixings, I would think this would be a more likely cause. Perhaps the bad road surface starts it moving and then the air sets up a vibration? Worth checking that all the fixings are there.

Can be thr undertray as i left it off after oil change and ordered new clips
