Default KBUS Diagnostic Breakout - Homebrew

Following on from my thread about my KBUS short and the various problems it causes and the joys of finding it.

http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...d.php?t=211877

I decided to make something to help in future, if necessary, and besides what else can you do on a rainy Saturday morning.

Essentially you have to find connector C0289 up behind the dash on the drivers side.
Remove the looping plug from the grey connector header.
Plug the green wires numbered 1-10 into there respective place in the connector.
Ground it with the black lead to the door check strap or similar.

By removing the blue jumpers you isolate ECU modules 1 by 1 from the KBUS.
It has a digital voltage display and plenty of jumpers to measure the voltage on the respective lines of the bus or to tap them off for scope probes etc.

I have no idea about what you just said, but it does look impressive.
